Scheduled chauffeur transfers between seven Ukrainian cities

We drive private transfers on the Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia and Poltava corridor. Every route runs on fixed departure windows instead of a single daily slot, so a 07:00 pickup in Kyiv and a 19:00 return from Lviv are both ordinary bookings.

Windows are built from driver shift rotations, expected road conditions and the roads our drivers already cover each week. A Kyiv to Lviv transfer normally leaves every two hours between 05:00 and 21:00. Longer legs such as Kharkiv to Lviv run on fewer, earlier windows so the car is not on the road after dark.

Timetable and fixed prices

Departure windows run every two hours unless the route states otherwise. Travel windows are indicative and can shift with road conditions, traffic and local regulations. Prices are fixed per vehicle, not per passenger.

What the price includes

Every quote covers the full run between the two cities you name, on the date and departure window you choose. There is no meter, no surge pricing and no separate charge for luggage carried in the boot.

Departure and arrival windows published on this site are estimates. Winter road conditions, traffic around Kyiv, checkpoint queues and local regulations can move an arrival by 30 to 90 minutes. Your operator confirms the final pickup window by message before departure, and any change to the agreed fare is confirmed in writing first.
